The sight triggers memories of his past adventures and encounters in this region. "Well, look at that, back in Kiwi territory," he muses to himself. "Feels like ages since I've seen these shores. The seas here hold more tales than a bard's song. Reminds me of the time we faced those spectral pirates near the Fiordland... ah, good times."
