 "I have solar panels, a rain catcher, and a small garden out back. Besides that, there's just my workshop in the garage."

well what do you make in your workshop? I assume you know how to make bullets but lack the materials?

"Simple, I'm smart enough to not get myself killed. Only time I venture out is when a path clears in the storm. Then I can go out and grab supplies, scrap, and on rare occasions find other Anchors with more people at them."

 Well what does work against whatever these things you say are worse than bigfoot. *this is giving me major Vigor vibes* anyway Im an ex-military engineer. I can build pretty much anything with the right supplies and ideas.
