He finds a good rifle on one of the guards bodies. It’s got full ammo. There’s also armor on them.

Evan looks at Froglan. “Well, hello again!”

Putting on the armor he says "mage is already kitted. Evan GET SOME GOSHDARN WEAPONS NOW, WE HAVE TO GO"

“Alright, alright!” Another alarm starts to go off, and Evan puts on some armor, and grabs a rifle and knife. He uses the knife to slice off the iron bands on his wings, and sighs with relief. A voice over the loudspeaker yells, “GUARDS HAVE BEEN SENT INTO THE HALLWAYS! ANY PRISONER FOUND OUTSIDE OF THEIR CELL WILL BE SHOVED IN FORCEFULLY!”

 Nice. That hits. The guard, like his companion, is dead. Alarms are wailing now, and it’s only a matter of time before more guards come.

He's gonna cast Invisibility on himself.

The hallway isn’t filled with guards yet, but there are some. Prisoners run amok, none of them following instructions.

The now-invisible Frolgan is gonna sneakily look for a way out of this prison.

It’s very well protected. But you could shoot a hole in the walls, (with a high str check), go through the sewers, or scale the central tower.

Those are the ways you can think of. There are plenty of others, but you have to think of them yourself.

 Frolgan is gonna crouch down and cast Shatter at 3rd level centered on the wall 60 feet away.

Since the wall isn't a creature, it automatically fails the save and takes 14 thunder damage.
