In the beggining the earth was formless and void...
"Never say never" that bird from an American tail
Welcome to the new world. This is a roleplay thread designed to be entirely roleplayed. Character sheets ARE NOT ALLOWED, I REPEAT NOT ALLOWED. No dice rolling, no numbers. I want pure unadulterated roleplay. I suggest no overpowered God type characters (except for when we begin because they will create the world and all life on it) not because "its not fun" but because someone else will make something more overpowered just to combat yours and that isn't fun.
Rules include: no ooc fights, violence must be condoned by all parties involved and not gory, keep it pg-13 moving toward pg, have fun, no death unless the dying player is okay with it, have fun and enjoy or at least try to enjoy, make up your own lore.
So we begin a voidless darkness where some beings begin their existence...

You better watch out you better not cry you better not pout I'm telling you why. Murderers are coming to town.
In the utter blackness of the void, a creature forms. At first, it is shapeless, but then it changes into something much more. An emaciated creature with dark black flesh and long, spindly limbs. Eight of them. At the ends of each are human hands, each holding part of a thread, a shiny, golden thread. The creature’s face forms: a face hidden by a veil, with great antlers arching out from the sides of its skull, further draped in the golden threads. It stays where it is for a few moments, before it takes its threads and begins to weave with a great shadowy needle, unsure of what it is making at first.

*thanks! I was kinda going for a spider at first, but then I thought: wait, spider medusa fate weaving Wendigo thing! My thought process is weird but if you look up Caprathorn, then that’s what it’s general body sorta looks like*
A golden orb suddenly appears in the blackness alighting it. It floats there for a few moments before a few small orbs of fire come forth from it. They orbit it going further or closer depending upon size.

One of the Creature’s hands lifts its thread and gently motions it to the orb. Like a golden snake, it slowly trails to the glowing sphere, where it joins the orbit. Once the thread stretches out, it becomes evident it starts at the mass of thread draped around it’s antlers like a makeshift crown.

As the thread wraps around the orb it shifts. The other orbs around begin changing into different creatures of differing sizes and energy. The farther away the larger but smaller amount of energy. The closer smaller but larger amount of energy. The closest orb becomes a young boy with flowing white robes. The farthest becomes a giant monster with four heads and wicked claws and wings.

Compared to the boy, the creature must be at least 15 feet tall. The creature walks when there is no surface to walk on, golden threads weaving out of nothingness to support its many hands, all but two it uses to walk. It approaches the boy, its veiled face studying him, as it lets the nothingness and absence of gravity take it again, and it starts floating upright, sitting down.
”we have never met… yet we meet again… speak so I may learn… of your name.” It coos, speaking in an unearthly voice that somehow feels familiar.
I am unruly in the stands (I am a rock on top of the sand) I am a fist amidst the hands And I make a wreck out of my hand (I make a fist and not a plan) And I break it just because I can
(Well for one, Arch has demonstrated that your specialty may fit here. Eldritch abominations that always seem to describe my sleep paralysis demons.)
*oh please, the Loomlord (Also known as Rhapsody) hasn’t even done anything horrifying yet! (Definitely not being satire) Just wait until it finishes what it’s weaving*

*this is a lot like the Universe Smorgasbord and the Universe Canvas before it*
(Yeah similar design but I just wanted some pure roleplay without the stats for once)
You better watch out you better not cry you better not pout I'm telling you why. Murderers are coming to town.
(Not to be rude, but we hardly use stats on the forums)
