*This is based off me trying to help my partner meet my dad I add them both to a group chat, let them be quiet and watch while I chat with him until they figure out how they wanted to approach him, then I watch them talk and text her privately for emotional support while she talks with him. It made sure she was comfortable enough to start and she was less nervous through it. I do simmaler things when introduceing introvert friends to other freinds. I don't always do it but the more shy or reserved people sometimes find doing it like that easier.*
