"Ah, building is a term for a certain kinds of rock climbing. The really tall rock climbing where you need gear and all -- that's called top rope. Rock climbing on lower areas, typically no higher than 25 feet, is called bouldering. You don't use gear at all, if you slip then you fall to the ground but it's not super tall so you'll be fine."
