Jewel gulps and then runs off
He sighs “Always the runners.” He runs after her, over taking her quickly
Jewel skids to stop and tries to backtrack.
A black ooze starts forming on a nearby vent opening
He sets his broken fingers and nose without even flinching “I wouldn’t try and run, I’ll just run after you.”
"*******!!!" Jewel sees the ooze and screams so high that nobody can hear it. then Jewel hits the floor out cold
He walks over and delivers a swift kick to the ribs “Hey. Wake up. I wanna know what makes you special.”
