*Johnny would tire out since he can't kill you, and what damage can regular punches do to cells with ten times the density? With Graham, Johnny might win if he can kill Graham, but with even the force of two punches, in the right spot, two normal punches can kill normal humans. Graham couldn't disintegrate Cody using Cody punches. Graham would tire out.*
