*hey I was thinking about a new character. She percives others brainwaves and any electricity within a set range (undivided)but is blind and partially paralyzed, because her anomaly makes it super hard for her body to precive her own brains signals. Shed baccicly have a radar and a detect thoughts (probably without the probe deeper bit.) my problem is that its too powerful, but I don't know how to nerf it without destroying the reason I like it.*
