We could go check though! I think it's better to wander this place with someone versus alone."

 Leos nose twitches. "So that's your anomaly, huh." He smiles, slightly embarrassed. "Yeah, I'd say you don't need to read my mind. I'm basically an open book. Making friends is easy when your honest with people. But it also means you over share sometimes."

 "I'm fine with that. I like learning all I can about people."

 Leo chuckles. "I have a feeling we're gonna get along." He keeps doodling through the air with his finger, this time adding flowers and bumble bees into the mix. "If you don't mind me asking, how did you end up in a wheel chair?"

 *She took an arrow to the knee-*

"My anomaly made me able to sense energy and hack into it. Reading minds, making somone think about toast...but it also makes my body perciveing my own energy painful... Few think about how much it takes to just stand. I cried just standing up. So I didn't. Then my legs started to atrophy... I practiced standing... Fell, got hurt, stoped until I healed, but my legs were weaker. I continued that cycle until today... Four years...my parents begged me to stop...but I can walk... Not for long but... I'm planning on using the pool for physical therapy... One day... I'll be able to stomach the pain. But for now I need to cut off all messages to and from any body part im not using."

"I can give you what you need to walk..."

 Leo nods while listening to her words. "Wow," he breathes at the end. "That's crazy. It's an awesome anomaly but it comes at a high cost...do you ever wish that you were...I dunno...normal? I don't mean that in a rude way, none of us here are 'normal'. But do you get what I mean?"

 "... sometimes... I miss walking through the park... Riding the subway... But at the same time... But then I remember I was given this gift for a reason."

 Leo stares at his feet. "I'm really sorry about all of it." He sighs. "I dunno, I always want to help people but it's not like I can just magically make you better...is there anything else i can do for you? Maybe I could go to the pool with you, be emotional support? I dunno, you seem like a cool person. Everyone here is nice but I just don't click with them."

 *Kay, also I'm horrible at being verbally mean and am working on being able to defend myself so I can't really describe her pointers well*

"Its pretty hard, and it'll hurt afterwards, but it needs to be done. You can't let others walk all over you.ecpecially since we need to fight and, let's face it, we can't fight back with our anomalys so we need to defend ourselves in other ways. Get rid of their fighting spirit. Or make them mad, Wich will make them irrational. You don't have to mean it you just need to sound like you do."
