SCP-21207 is a 17 year old female with naturally blue hair, the ability to teleport to any place she can see, or has telleported to before. and the ability to store anything she finds in her "sleeve pockets" which are inaccessible to anyone but her, enhanced strength, and possibly more.
She is quite chaotic and will change moods constantly, making her nearly impossible to predict. When exposed to other scps or personal she will always attempt to strike up a conversation, but will quickly change personalities to something she deems will make the situation more interesting.
She is to always have her hoodie on her at all times, unless an experiment needs her to be without it, if it is ever damaged or taken away she will go on a rampage, destroying everything and anyone keeping it from her.
If you're character is going to say/do something suicidal when roleplaying with me PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put a trigger warning first. I have history with this and it can easily trigger me.
If YOUR suicidal PLEASE get help. I know from experience these things don't just go away without outside help. Not for long anyway.
A maroon instance of SCP 7253 gently flies. It must escape. It waits for a passing guard. Someone has to lock up... Or a test, it could escape then!
(This instance will attempt to use it's empathetic and limited thought transfer capabilities to get researchers to do more intensive testing, giving more opportunities to escape.)
Also, could you add a SCP class and containment Class? I recommend Keter since the SCP can just teleport. How is the SCP kept in the sight? Threats? Rewards? Reality anchors?

Yes but only if she touches what's left of it. If it's just evaporated she can't remake it but if it's turned to ash she can.
Maybe, it's apollyon due to the fact it can just telleport outside the facility (if I understand the classes correctly),it's kept in sight with rewards and constant monitoring.

Sorry, I didn't see apollyon. I thought apollyon was intended for major threats, while the 3 basic classes follow the 'locked box test'
Safe means you can keep it in a box forever and be fine. Euclid means you should monitor it. Keter means it will escape, and you should be ready to contain it.

I just checked the official wiki, Apollyon in this analogy is usually "If you can't fit it in a box and it's about to end the world".
The Locked Box Test is an informal guideline used to determine an object's most appropriate Object Class. It goes like this:
If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and nothing bad will happen, then it's probably Safe.
If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and you're not entirely sure what will happen, then it's probably Euclid.
If you lock it in a box, leave it alone, and it easily escapes, then it's probably Keter.
If it is the box, then it's probably Thaumiel.
Extending the analogy to other Object Classes:
If it used to need a box, but no longer does, it's Neutralized. If this is because of a deliberate decision by the Foundation, it was probably Decomissioned.
If you can't fit it in a box and it's about to end the world, then it's probably Apollyon.
If you could have locked it in a box but chose not to, then it's probably Archon.
If it turns out it never needed a box in the first place, it's probably Explained."

Researcher Matthew: "Sir. The site director has approved your request for access to the 13608 file."
Dr. Smith: "Good. I should have gotten all the files earlier... The All Seeing Eye project is mine after all."
Researcher Matthew: "Standard procedure for cognitohazards sir, D-class testing has to insure reading the file has no immediate dangerous effects before you could read it."
[Dr. Smith is seen reading file, muttering 'the demon's eye']
Dr. Smith: "Where is it now?"
Researcher Matthew: "It is being tested right now sir."

It gets weirder the more you stretch the analogy.
