I just wanna bring this back up to say thanks. Had to do something really important, so had to go. :(. My only irl friends are really only the two that were there: the one that got hit By Me, And the one who saw it happen.
I feel like my insecurities are bubbling up inside of me, and burst like a volcano if it gets too big. And it’ll do damage like a volcano, too.
My best advice is: before or after you act, breath and reflect on the situation. How do you feel? Why do you feel like this? Is the way you’re feeling irrational? Can you talk to whatever or whoever is making you feel this way, if yes work it out with them or apologize, if no wait until you can. At least, that’s what my school counselor says to do. It works occasionally for me, but I have a feeling it’ll work better for you
