Indeed! Last night I made the lady of pain, who is an actual Overgod and I just made it for fun because it can’t be reasonably fought. Any ideas?
Horrifying fallen angel creature called a Grigmort. It looks reptilian and kind of like Mahoraga mixed with a Xenomorph, has chains wrapped around its fangs that it uses as weapons, has leathery wings and no eyes, and can spew acid. Its lore is that it (and all others of its kind) were once angels of Mount Celestia and inspired war between mortals, and were horrifically disfigured and cast into Carceri as punishment.

Possibly. Another one of my ideas was Pennywise the dancing clown from It, but that might work better in a system like Call of Cthulhu.
Hmm... I once found something on Pinterest (and yes I use Pinterest, but only for memes and homebrew ideas though) that was called the Dragon of the Swamp. It was like some huge crocodile with a spiked shell and moss hanging off it.
