Uhhh it’s very cardio demanding. On the level of soccer because you’re sprinting literally for the whole game. it’s actually similar to soccer in a lot of ways, each player has an assigned roll based off their strengths. like i, for example, have one hell of an arm but I’m not the fastest runner (by far) so I tend to be the main handler and huck the frisbee across the field to the longs. however it’s more like football in that your objective is to get the frisbee across the field and into an in-zone where if it’s caught, you score.

Last time I played soccer was like 2 years ago. I’m relatively fast, have pretty good dribbling and a decent kick. Pretty much, I’m a solid midfielder and when it comes to it, getting past defenders isn’t too hard. This year I might try out for the soccer team, but I might just end up being too lazy to go (I’m literally Nagi. Grad will get that joke)
