I made an eldritch horror called Ndakzdemagh. It’s kind of like a spider/crustacean-type beast with a hard carapace, strong thin arachnid legs, and eyes and mouths all over its sides. On its head it bears the three ancient masks of its Three Heralds (Malvesk, Bihorzis, and Asmagi), and its own face is a stretched, prismatic porcelain crust over the true horrors within. When it opens its mouth, its tongue is a freakishly long human arm that pulls its prey into its infinite maw. It weaves the very fabric of time, creating a web of timelines called the Fettered Universes. Humans from normal worlds can fall into the Fettered Universes, in which the spawn of Ndakzdemagh hunt the condemned endlessly in a ruined version of Earth, bringing them as food to their craven mother.
