If I come up with a character concept that fits with a tiny fairy village, I'll head straight over.

I don’t think you should let your fears get in the way of telling her how you feel, but her moving away next summer is a problem. You need to think really hard and decide whether your feelings for her are strong enough to survive being apart if you do end up going out.
