You gain a resounding called Dead Eye points, which fuel all of your Tactics. You have a maximum of two Dead Eye points, gaining an additional point at 5th, 9th, 13th, and 17th level. You regain all expended Dead Eye points on a long rest. You also regain one point every time you kill a creature or land a critical hit. Every time you gain another point, you learn an additional Tactic, along with being able to replace a previously chosen Tactic. You may only apply one Tactic at a time. Some Tactics may require a saving throw. The DC for the saving throw is calculated as follows: 8 + your proficiency bonus + your dexterity modifier.
7th Level feature: Nimble Hands. If you are wielding a light melee weapon in one hand, you are treated as if that hand is free
15th Level feature: Hotshot. Whenever you make a ranged attack roll that is lower than 10, you can choose to treat it as a 10. You can do this a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier per long rest. In addition, attacking at long range does not impose disadvantage
Tactics
Bank Shot. When you miss a ranged attack, you can spend one Dead Eye point to reroll the attack, taking the second roll. This new roll also ignores half and 3/4ths cover
Combat Dive. As a reaction, you can spend one Dead Eye point when you would be forced to make a saving throw to avoid an area of effect (such as a dragon’s breath weapon or a fire ball) you may move up to half your movement speed to avoid the effect. This moves does not provoke opportunity attacks
Distracting Shot. As an action, you can spend one Dead Eye point and fire into the air. All enemies within a 60 feet radius must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failure, all attacks against them have advantage until the start of your next turn. On a success, nothing happens
Focus Fire. You can spend one Dead Eye point to gain advantage on all ranged attacks until the start of your next turn.
Boost Shot. When a creature makes a ranged weapon attack, you can spend one Dead Eye point and use use your reaction to give that attack advantage
Quickdraw. When you roll initiative, you can spend one Dead Eye point to gain advantage on the roll. You can spend an additional point to make one ranged weapon attack against any creature yet to take its turn
Deflection. As a reaction to an enemy making a ranged weapon attack, you can spend one Dead Eye point to force a reroll, taking the second roll regardless of which is higher
Crippling Shot. When you make a ranged weapon attack, you can force the target to make a Dexterity saving throw or have its movement reduced by half its maximum movement speed. If the creature’s speed ever drops to zero, it falls prone. The creature can attempt the save again at the end of each of its turns, regaining all lost movement on a success
Might change the name to Sharpshooter, definitely will write out the flavor text and make the extra spell list, as well as make some more Tatics
