I’m a decent DM and an above average rules lawyer I have several complete Pokedexes | I may be stupid, but at least I’m not smart! There is a direct correlation between how long a yellow light lasts and the speed limit, giving you the optimal amount of time to get through the so called “Dilemma zone” where you must decide if you want to hit the brakes or speed up when the light turns yellow. There’s a bunch of complicated math to it, but the gist is that if it’s 25mph, the yellow light will last 3 seconds, 40mph is 4.5 seconds, 55mph is 6 seconds and so on so forth
