I'm the person who watches Godzilla movies purely for the monster fights. However, Minus One is still amazin' in my opinion.
Minus One is the only Godzilla movie I have seen but I do want to watch some of the older movies though.
You should watch some of the newer ones too, like King of the Monsters, Godzilla vs. Kong, and Godzilla x Kong: A New Empire.

Himy, I just have to say one thing to you real quick 'fore I go to bed: YOU WERE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT 'BOUT MINUS ONE GODZILLA BEIN' INSANE. WHY DOES HE REGENERATE SO FAST?!
His regeneration factor is the best we’ve seen in the monsterverse I think. CAUSE THEY BLEW UP HIS HEAD AND HE JUST SHOOK IT OFF LIKE IT WAS NOTHING
I KNOW. Though I'd say his regen factor may be rivaled by Shin Godzilla's.
(While I'm still awake and we're on the topic of kaiju, y'know how you said you loved Pacific Rim? Well, did you know they made a sequel a couple years back? It's called Pacific Rim: Uprising.)
