Okay, starting to form an idea for the Magical gangsters, I’d imagine them something like Quinces from Bleach, but with some differences. You know the trope where dark magic usually comes with some sort of price, I’m thinking undead debt collectors, ghosts or maybe even skeletons who have been tasked with making someone pay, be it by what they offered, or by another way. Very basic idea, will flesh out more.
