My favorite musical theatre things: the second, ‘pop-u-lar-“ in Popular, “Damn you, Hyde!” In Confrontation, the whole first part of Quiet from Matilda, ‘John Adams?,’ in I Know Him from Hamilton, “you should try to get ahead,’ in Don’t Lose Ur Head from Six, ‘VERONICA- open up, open the door please,’ from Meant to be yours in Heathers, and “I DIDN’T DO IT, BUT IF I DONE IT,” from cell block tango as well as, “he had strength, and she had none, yet we both reached for the gun!” In we both reached for the gun, both from Chicago.

Worldbuilding things from my fantasy world! Games! I've written and played a variety of games including Kettle of fish and kite stones. Idioms and expressions! In dethair, "cub" is a common term of endearment for a child. A city in Algosta is called the city of spiders because it's full of adventuring types, who, like spiders, can be frightening, but they keep worse pests away.

I will try my best to follow through with this… utterly terrifying torture I’m subjecting myself to, because gosh darn it I’ve been liking kingdom builders a lot lately and I want one on the forums.

Each important building provides buffs, income, or some other bonus to your settlement. A settlement automatically has an important building as listed in the government section, and can have two additional important buildings per population category of the settlement. (Ex: metropolis gives you 12 important building slots) important buildings include things like taverns, inns, churches, mines, farms, et cetera. Some important buildings require specific population categories to be built in a city, for example, a grand Cathedral can only be built in large cities or higher, and barracks can only be built in towns or higher. All different important buildings are detailed later.
Government: all settlements of village population category and higher must have a form of government. A single government body can rule over one or more settlements, but some government types must have multiple settlements under their control, such as monarchies. Government types provide different buffs, important people, and one special rule that changes how some things work within settlements ruled by those governments. All government types are detailed later.
