 Oh. That's oddly specific. Why do people think they need special names for this stuff, my goodness. If you like someone, you like someone, this makes it sound like you're a completely different person from others. Maybe I'm just... -what's the word? Suspicious? Pessimistic?- but the only purpose I can see for a label like this is to exclude people.

 It’s not really to exclude people (except in rare cases) it’s more just, well, a label to describe who someone likes.

 Yeah, but why would a label be needed? It just seems like it would mostly be something people use to judge other people. I mean, there are people who decide who is and isn't 'good' or 'cool' or whatever because of skin color! Then again, I suppose it works both ways; after all, two people who see things the same way would probably get along well enough. 

 Well, it is sort of something people used to judge others- Lesbian and gay people are historically marginalized groups,  but that marginalized group has become a community and it’s just the name for the community, I guess :>

 It’s really just to help people figure themself out, I think. People just use whatever they’re comfortable with, even if it’s nothing at all. I’m a pankek playing cards, and while I may not technically fit that description the most accurately, it makes me the most comfortable so

 Given the context, I'm assuming "Gay" is where it's guys, not girls. And, unfortunately, that does make sense. If only a small number of people feel that way, then almost everyone else is going to judge them for being 'different'. That's just how people are.

 I meant that’s not in the gay group but probably. I personally use gay for all queerios because idk i just do, different people have different meanings for it but you’re not straight is the general one

 This is awesome! I have two specific things to say about it:

1. Seeing the words "Better when I'm dancing" was fun, because there is at least one song with that name I know of (and really like!)

2. My sister also likes drawing, and she also often has issues with the legs/talons/down there thingies.

 Indeed! A gay person is a boy who likes other boys. There are a few more common terms that also make up the LGBTQIA+ (or just the, ‘Queer,’) community, like Bi (a boy or girl who likes both boys and girls) ace (someone who doesn’t like anyone) among a lot of others.

 I think if I ever talk about them I'm going to just say queerios because it sounds like a cereal brand, and I find the idea of saying that funny.

Just normally not out loud; some people would probably find it offensive. Although they often find my disinterest in their 'customs' offensive anyways, so who knows?

 If you’re not gay or queer or whatever you should definitely not call gays any funny things because they will probably get offended due to the amount of people who like mocking us
