I'm doing good. Thinking of bringing back my first setting that I ever made for DnD, Fether. For my new campaign, I'm thinking of making it a new era with a lot more peace and kindness instead of being so overtly grimdark.
Do you remember the Fesh Inn at all?
I think I joined a couple months after Fesh Inn, and I don’t think I joined Fesh Inn 2.0. But I know Fether! One of your campaigns was sent there, I played Mia the boogeyman warlock. It was a very cool setting.

I'm gonna be removing the anti-mutant sentiment, the complete lack of religious freedom, and the concept that being in the dark kills you very quickly. Overall, it's still going to be weird, but not so overtly cruel to everyone involved.
Ooh, alright! Weird is always a good thing, and I think changing some of that can give the setting a more unique feel, I like it.
also, clarifying question, is this for the Pathfinder game or an entirely different campaign?
For my home game, but we could use it for Pathfinder if you're interested.

Flies are pointless creatures that serve no purpose other than annoying us. We should delete them in the next earth patch
Flies serve many great purposes. Even if we ignore their ecological value: the role they play in pollination, decomposition, and the food source they are for many other great creatures, I believe they have many other uses.
They vomit on their food in order to digest it. That's so cool.
I spent many long days catching flies by hand inside to release them outside. That was a lot of fun and was a useful output for my love of wildlife.
We need something innately annoying to use in our writings. We wouldn't have Beelzebub or any of the great symbolism that comes from flies if they didn't exist.
Without an annoying creature we all agree is "worthless" we wouldn't have things like the song The Fly by Cosmo Sheldrake. That's one of my favorite songs, man, don't take that from me. Flies hold an important place in art and culture.
Perhaps their greatest value lies in the fact that they annoy and cause great but mostly harmless frustration to the most arrogant beings on earth: humans.
