The Lighthouse Court is a fey society that resides on the edge of the horizon, just beyond the fog banks, and in the hearts of the storms out at sea. They are the dangers of the ocean, and they are the one thing that can save your skin when you take your last breath- for a price.
no mortal has made meaningful contact with more than one member of the Lighthouse Court, and they are rarely seen together. But it is said that they dance under the half-moon in the ballroom of a sunken ship of epic proportions- lost to the waves, as all things will be. The number of Lords and Ladies of the Lighthouse Court is currently unknown, but those lost to their light describe a handful of different figures, though names are inconsistent at best.
suspected Courtiers of the Lighthouse are often spotted on stormy or foggy nights, offshore or in shallows near rocky beaches. Occasionally, accounts of them have been recorded much further out at sea, often during disastrous sea battles or ship wrecks. Whether they cause the disasters or simply watch them is unknown.
