As a former horse girl and casual equestrian, i am starting umamusume for laughs.
Fry you don’t understand. Umamusume is some of the greatest, most hype anime you will ever watch. I swear on my life Cinderella Grey will have you about to jump from your seat
so far it's actually pretty good! I swear on the name of my dearly (recently) departed horse friend Tango that there's no way that Special Week and Silence Suzume's whole thing isn't wildly sapphic
you know, i've really been missing him lately. Some silly part of me thinks it's nice to imagine him as a horse girl, keep him in my life and believe he's gone somewhere nice. However, he was a gymkhana horse, not a racehorse. Umamusume gymkhana would be fun, though...
I actually have terrible equestrian luck. Several horses I've ridden and loved have died. Sage the paint, Bailese and Mouse the training horses we helped the kids ride at pony ride events, Waddles the draft horse with a bad spine, and most recently, Tango, the closest thing I've ever ridden to a motorcycle. He was fast and controlled with great stops and starts, a big drama king, and quite the casanova (he kept kissing all the other stallions). He wasn't young by any means, but you could never tell by looking at him. But he just keeled over from an aneurism one day and that was it. I miss him like hell. *also i dont own horses I just ride as a form of physical therapy*

A draft horse names waddles is hilarious to me, considering that draft horses are massive and kind of terrifying (this may just be me as I am scared of horses)
