It's just... I used to be so used to crushing depression and dysphoria, but now I've been having more and more good days, so when the sad comes back in, it's a lot.
How did i deal with this? How did I live with the weight of constantly having to play the part of the good little daughter? I guess that now I know what it feels like to be truly happy and accepted, it hurts a lot more.
