It's a Swedish rules-light TTRPG set in an apocalyptic grimdark fantasy world. And it's hilarious. It's basically the RPG equivalent of those multiplayer "horror" games like REPO and Lethal Company, but since it's not a video game it is completely unbounded and off the rails.
I love the Misery System, where you roll a D66 every ??? days (you roll a die of your choice, and if it rolls a 1 you get this) and get a verse in The Calendar of Nechrubel. It comes true, and they are so vague and absurd you have to give up on any realism.
PSALM 4:1 For five days and five nights mothers flesh shall be the cloak of demons.
What?? How does this affect the campaign? What do we do with this information?
It's insanity, and the layout and design reflects this. The weapons section just labels and prices the weapons in the legendary Wound Man drawing (from ancient medical texts), then gives an entire page to the worst weapon in the game: a human femur.
