I suggest reading a book yourself.take a break.and just get your mind off it for a while and eventually you'll get back into the flow,I've written a book already and are currently writing the second and it always works for me

Personally — a few ways (typing on an iPad so this’ll be brief):
1) Read a book, like light_gaming said. That helps to get your mind off the subject of the matter. Something else that’s distracting for a while also works.
2) it sounds stupid, but write something else. Try a different idea, just write. You might get in the flow there, then shift back to your other idea.
3) I know this is what every teacher ever says, but write stuff down — get the ideas out, the brain juices flowing.
4) Finally, vacate the premises. Get away from where you’re working — it’s now cursed for the next hour or so, absolutely forbidden. Don’t go back there without an idea in hand. (Don’t do this during school) Also, if you really want/need to keep writing, go to a different spot. It’ll change your perspective.
