Hello, my strange little onions! I am making a civilization of ogres for my homebrew world, Karschra. Placeholder name is the ogre kingdoms, lead by a currently unnamed Queen, the first to unite the ogres of the south into one organized nation.
I request ideas. Basically anything you think would be cool, as I really don’t have much with them so far. Even the traits of the ogres themselves haven’t been fully defined (except that they live about twice as long as humans and are at most about 12 ft. Tall.), and they are in some sort of war or series of minor conflicts, aided by the god of harmony, Luaan.
for background info, magic in Karschra comes from the stars, each one representing a deity. The day/night cycle works weird and night is much longer than the day. The most well known gods are usually fickle but very important to the most vital parts of nature and the world.
Some ogres are born with a white stripe across their face. This has no effect on their placement in society nor how they are treated, and is otherwise never mentioned among them. Ogres don't care what you look like. They just care that you are good at what you do.
