Possibly. If I make statblocks for them, they don’t technically have to be any specific casters. Warlocks do have some of the coolest spells, though.

Role-playing. But with some unique twists. For example, you can spare and talk to enemies or fight them, whichever you choose. I'd recommend trying it or at least looking it up.
