Take the 9 and put it as your intelligence, then take that 12 that was your intelligence and put it as your dexterity and then put your original dexterity score as your con so your scores look like this-

You could make a Dexadin and use STR as your dump stat, or ask Naner if you can switch your main mental stat to be intelligence instead of charisma for paladin
