The three districts of Otrembert that I'm working on, and their associated families, are Obleche, Murgles, and Grostel.
The Obleche family are morticians. Sort of. They make golems out of Razorbeast flesh to find people who die due to the violent culture and demented environment of Otrembert. They drag bodies to facilities where they are held for three days, waiting to see if they are claimed by someone who wants them resurrected, before being processed into transplants, transfusions, meat, and valuables
The Murgles' are in charge of the Papermakers. Paper is mass-produced in high qualities in Otrembert due to the ridiculous growth of trees in the area. This paper is used for armor, disposable items, and of course, posters. Otrembert is smothered by posters. The entire city is a notice board, and you can actually get a small amount of money for having posters on your walls.
The Grostels are in charge of Vinaigriers. Now, this might not seem super important, and it actually isn't for most cultures, but cuisine is a massive part of Otrembert's culture, and the constant monster attacks make farming ridiculously difficult. If you don't properly spice, tenderize, and marinade Razorbeast meat, it is barely edible. This applies to most of the flora and fauna here, assuming it isn't actually toxic.
