Well, they're the size of cows, but they're more pig-beetle things that eat any animal or plant they try to farm. And unattended pets. And children. And adults. Basically, there are horrible creatures that the people subsist on. It's their staple food because the damn things breed like rabbits, which would be impossible in any other country.

You are in fact delusional. You put commas in front of names to avoid ambiguity such as this, and because you would (normally) pause before saying tuba. Just saying “friend Tuba” implies that you happen to friends with a tuba, whilst “friend, Tuba” implies that you have a friend, whose name is Tuba
