character idea: fishman

he appears to people at night out on the street, offering them a live fish

if they do anything but eat eat the fish raw, he kills them

if they eat the fish raw, he slits their belly to retrieve the fish, then goes to his next victim

if you force the fish down his throat, he explodes into a bunch of fish, who start flying and then they kill you, then they turn back into the man
