I find the idea of one multiverse to be unfeasible with all of the rules set by numerous franchises when delving into multiversal concepts so I propose the Polymultiverse, all multiverses exist at the same time but separate.

Basically you are playing as a sinner on a literal path to redeem yourself, like a physical path. However, along that path, there are manifestations of sins in a pizza tower art style trying to kill you. You just have to keep running until you reach a safe-room, where inside, you get the options of modifiers that remove and add more entities in exchange more more or less EXP, also, you have 2:30 to reach each safe-room
