I would join your threads, but I haven’t read Harry Potter and I have no intention of ever doing so considering the author is a transphobic (GP), I joined kimiko, and I don’t really like combat.

To the first part: eh, most cults die fast, CBR is a cool concept to revive, a lot of us don't like PVP, and Hogwarts...check what I wrote if you wanna know. I am a little surprised that people boycott that because of the author, though. Sure, she is extremely wrong in her views; don't read this as if I'm saying otherwise. But, at the same time, being the better person is just ignoring her.
To the second part: it's not about a class, really. That was a random thing I added to the end.

Heh. Don't change for anyone that you don't want to change for, but yeah! The Hogwarts setting is cool. I've been brainstorming a ~1920-30s RP tavern set in Paris/London (haven't decided on that one yet). Wouldn't be Harry Potter, but it would give Newt Scamander vibes.

The history is also ONLY magic history. It makes sense why Muggle Studies is a subject you can take when Hogwarts is just that alienated from anything not magical

There are many more than just three schools ---- notably, an American school of magic is referenced somewhere in Newt Scamander's gallivanting. Additionally, assuming the path of European imperialism is similar or the same in the books, which it most likely is, also might note the existence of other schools throughout the world.
