Looks good! I’d recommend putting your +2 ASI into strength, since it’s your main attacking stat. You don’t need the AC bonus because you have plate. Also, two dip in barbarian goes crazy once you have the chance (if it’s allowed). The sheet is also pretty to look at

Straight fighter is always going to have a hard time keeping up with casters. I’d recommend a grapple build potentially, GWM is a good idea but you only have a longsword for now. You could take feytouched to round out your character a little more and give some mobility, also half feats are good. Your level four should probably take a barb level or 4 fighter and an ASI. Early levels are hard because you really need to get to that level 5 extra attack.
