That means that it can be melted
IT may not have a low melting point, but one exists
How I would do it, is set up some sort of electron beam, then use a magnetic field to curve the beam around a shield to hit the object. I would also advice standing behind the shield. But, if you do this, the metal object should melt pretty quickly.
Hm, Dinao you might want this one in the PM, because that is a pretty advanced idea

Story idea. (beauty and the beast retelling) In the woods, there is a mansion. Nobody has lived there for hundreds of years, or so the story's told. But one day, a traveller, hunted(for whatever reason) runs inside, hoping the rumors about a monster within will keep their pursuers out. But they're not alone. The mansion is overrun with roses, surely magical ones. And within its halls, the traveller discovers, or rather, is discovered by a young woman in a red dress. *name tbd, something elegant and fairytaleish* She's far from monstrous, and is seemingly just a normal, kind girl who doesn't mind sheltering the traveller. The girl doesn't ask any questions about the traveler's past, but slowly, the traveler starts finding out more and more about the girl and the mansion. Hundreds of years ago, a countess and her staff lived in the mansion, and the girl was just another one of their servants. But one day, she fell down the stairs, and that was it. She died. But she didn't stay that way. The next thing she knew, she woke up in the mansion, all alone, and surrounded by roses. She tried to leave, tried to run to the nearest town for help, but the roses never let her leave. That wasn't the only strange thing, however. She found that if she stood in the sun for long enough each day, she didn't need to eat or sleep. And as days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into long, long years, she never aged. For almost 100 years, she was completely and utterly alone. Until the traveller came. Tell me guys did i cook with this one
