Qualification record. Serbia has qualified 12 times, you know how many times Wales has qualified. The only European countries who qualify less than you are Slovakia and the Balkans. And according to your logic, shouldn’t china and India be dominating? India has qualified but withdrew. China never qualified. Huh. I find the idea of one multiverse to be unfeasible with all of the rules set by numerous franchises when delving into multiversal concepts so I propose the Polymultiverse, all multiverses exist at the same time but separate.

Lesson on writing gimmick characters
Intro:
Rhyming Bob is seen in a tavern. 2/10
Rhyming Bob is seen in a tavern rhyming. 6/10
Rhyming Bob is seen in a rhyme off, winning by a landslide. 10/10
Backstory:
Rhyming Bob's family was killed. 2/10
Rhyming Bob's family was killed by the rhyming demon, and the trauma made him rhyme ever since. 7/10
Rhyming Bob's family was killed by the rhyming demon, who would have spared them if Rhyming Bob could beat it in a rhyme off, but Bob couldn't, and now he rhymes in case the rhyming demon ever comes back. 9/10
Character Development:
Rhyming Bob's best friend was killed. 1/10
Rhyming Bob's rhyming annoyed the villain so much they killed his best friend. 7/10
Rhyming Bob gave unclear instructions to his best friend due to his need to rhyme, and his best friend dies as a result. 10/10
Payoff of Character Development:
Rhyming Bob stops rhyming. 1/10
Rhyming Bob cries, because he cannot help but rhyme. 5/10
Rhyming Bob still rhymes, but he can stop rhyming if the situation needs him to be serious. 10/10
Conclusion:
If you have a gimmick character, make everything about them either part of their gimmick or a counter to their gimmick. And don't rush the character progression, and never get rid of the gimmick completely
