Eldritch Horror idea: Forgotten House
Once you go into the house, everyone and every document outside of the house forgets you or deletes your name and likeness until you leave the house. When you leave the house, you no longer remember anything about what's inside and all documents, when leaving the house, get turned blank. No one knows how many people went into the house and never came back, or what exactly is inside it.

I find the idea of one multiverse to be unfeasible with all of the rules set by numerous franchises when delving into multiversal concepts so I propose the Polymultiverse, all multiverses exist at the same time but separate.

Anomaly: Eisoptrophobia (AKA; The Mirror Man)
When looking into a mirror while haunted by Eisoptrophobia, your reflection will fail to match you movements, having more drastic changes over time, eventually, your image will begin screaming. When this happens, you must either find a room without a reflective surface and hide until Eisoptrophobia leaves, indicated by the stopping of the screaming, or break the mirror (after breaking the mirror, you must be careful to remove all mirror shards from your clothes and skin). Leaving any reflective surfaces will cause your reflection to crawl out of the reflective surface and morph into the true form of Eisoptrophobia, a pure white entity with black eyes, teeth and mouth. One of Eisoptrophobia's eyes will expand to the point you can Cleary see your reflection, and you will see your reflection killed, and then soon enough, Eisptrophobia will make you match your reflection's fate.
