Ok so uh basically I'm making just a giant table of random feywild effects for my dnd group. Heavily inspired by the random tables from Legends of Avantris. I'm trying to make it as large as possible so any ideas are appreciated.
Some examples include:
"You feel the need to exterminate all squirrels."
"You feel the need to narrate your every thought and action."
"You think you take no damage. In reality you just don't feel it."
Just random, chaotic things like that. They can have mechanics if you want, go ham.

still, It is very strong. it also definitly makes multiple attacks in a turn and gives a crazy power if you spread them out.

I mean level 20 strat would to just attack the BBEG and 11 other guys and then attack 12 different guys on the next turn. watch as all of them take 24d6 poison damage. if you keep extending it I think it could go higher, but I don't know.

I'm talking about poison burst, which is
Poison Burst. You take the Attack action as part of using Second Wind on this turn. Each attack you make with this action only automatically rolls the lowest value on each damage die, which cannot be increased by any means. When Nauseating Miasma ends, every creature you dealt damage to since you activated it takes 1d6 poison damage multiplied by the number of individual creatures you damaged since you activated this feature.

Cool, an extra 24d6 when all of the damage dice in the attack is the lowest, that is so powerful!

that doesn't apply to the ending damage, only the damage from the attacks. otherwise they would just say 24 damage in this case.
