I only remember in the poem there being the one Beowulf, who killed Grendel and Grendel’s mother, then became a king and died after slaying a dragon. Am I forgetting something?

Unlike these other facility threads, your characters would be in an agency by choice.
It’s kinda like the Time Patrol/TVA. Your characters are top of the notch agents that are sent to do different multiverses and time periods to fix mistakes that happen in the timeline. For example, Heracles dies when fighting the hydra. Your characters are sent to that mistaken universe to fix the anomaly by slaying the hydra and bringing back Heracles.
It wouldn’t be a thread where your characters hate the agency they work for. They would be like the mission impossible team. Top notch assassins and warriors. It would be as badass as possible if I made it.
