Well I’ve been researching Abrahamic angels, demons, and apocryphal texts, and I was inspired by games like FAITH and Binding of Isaac. Basically, the angel Raguel (heralded as the Angel of Justice, Vengeance, and Vigilance) has to venture into the Nine Circles of Hell to quell an attempted invasion and save the angel Sariel. The idea is a blisteringly-paced isometric RPG with a blend of humor and religious horror and a retro art style.
