It depends what they are like. I have good relationships with some of my cousins, another cousin I'm okay with but dont really go out of my way to talk too, and the other one drives me FLUFFIN' NUTS.
If you dont like family, you can cut them out of your life if you can. I'm just waiting till I'm old enough to move out and then I plan on going very low contact with some family members.
That's just my thoughts, so take them with a grain of salt.

I haven’t seen my cousins on my moms side since 5 years ago, cause my mom hates everyone on her side of the family except for her brother and sister in law, and her parents died a few years ago. My 5 year old cousin on my dads side is cute but very annoying.
