“Ha, guess not anymore!” Hadal uses his tail to spray a bunch of sand at Ash as well.
Ash notices Hadal’s sudden movement and ducks out of the way, shifting their scales to match the tones of the sand. They sneak behind Hadal and tackle him from behind, pinning him to the sand.

Hadal’s yell is quickly cut off by Firefly and Ash laughing so hard Ash accidentally snorts sand up their nose. “OWOWOWOW!” They yell, wriggling their way out of the pile.

“Yeah,” Ash says, “I just got sand up my nostrils. It feels like fire.” At the mention of fire Ash starts shaking a bit, remembering when the poison jungle had been burnt to the ground.
