I mean, I'd broadly recommend that a bunch of you talk out your concerns with therapists. That's not always a welcome thing to hear. But it's much more likely to result in actionable advice than whatever some internet strangers can conjure up. Fact is, most people could benefit from therapy, even those without specific concerns, because relying on a therapist means that you aren't dumping all of your emotional labor onto your friends and family.
