I just finished my S3 exam (Scotland) sort of like prelims. And I was very stressed during it but I found doing 30minute sessions followed by 5 minute breaks helped. But also regular exercise.
one thing that I think is better in Scotland is they have the projects in the 3rd school term so they don’t overlap with exams
