Oh uhmmm I’m looking up the minimum wage for each state, and according to the US department of labor (assuming you’re in the US), the federal minimum wage is 7.25 dollars. Unless you’re in Oklahoma and your company doesn’t make that much money. Then it’s 2 dollars. But assuming you’re in the US and not in Oklahoma, you probably should be able to get a phone in like a few months, maybe less? This is just my flawed calculations, sorry if they’re wrong, do still need to look up the current average price of a phone. Also this depends on how many hours you work.
I'm part-time at Publix, min is 14 dollars but I put half my pay into savings that I don't touch, the rest I spend on transportation and food for late nights.
Why can’t you touch your savings?
I don't have access to it, my mother does.
Keep it to yourself, then, when you get it in the future. Or just tell her it’s your money and you should get to keep it.

Sorry, I just saw this. I will stop the PMs. If you are over 18 you can authorize a transfer of authority in your bank account. First of all, if the account was not set up when you were younger with your parents listed as holders, then it is a felony for them to control the account. Second of all, if the original account is in your name, even with your parents listed as holders, you can start a new personal account, have the bank transfer the other account money to it, and your parents can no longer acess your money. Also you could contact...
Emergency and Physical SafetyImmediate Danger: Call 911 or your local police department immediately.
National Human Trafficking Hotline: If your parents force you to work, restrict your movement, or withhold legal documents, call 1-888-373-7888 or visit the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
National Domestic Violence Hotline: If you face emotional manipulation, stalking, or physical abuse, contact them 24/7 by calling 1-800-799-7233 or texting "START" to 88788.
Mental Health & Crisis Support988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Provides 24/7 free, confidential, judgment-free support for emotional distress and trauma. Call or text 988.
Legal and Civil Rights ProtectionsU.S. Department of Justice: If you believe your constitutional rights are being stripped away (e.g., false imprisonment), submit a report using the Civil Rights Division Report Form.
Federal Benefits & IdentitySocial Security Administration: If you suspect your parents are misusing your funds or if you need to take control of your own benefits, call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213.
State Department: If your parents are withholding your U.S. Passport or identity documents, contact the U.S. Department of State to report them lost or stolen and to request a replacement.
I can offer more information if needed. There are ways to get out of this. We're rooting for you!
