AWE ONLY
You notice that the butlers are moving in a jerky, puppet-like way. You can even make you some shimmering lines that appear to control their movements, all leading, curiously, to DeMal’s left hand… Also, as you look closer at the butlers, you notice that they seem familiar, faces that you had recently seen. Faces of those who had gone missing… In the hole you see a construct sitting in the darkness, missing one of its limbs. The other ones appear to be beeping, as if they were bombs.
