Wysavaris reacts to that by teleporting 60 feet away (misty escape) and Eldritch Blast-ing Raigan at long range.

Beam 1: Attack: 22 Damage: 5
Beam 2: Attack: 20 Damage: 12

 Both attacks hit him, He moves closer and does come motions, casting flaming sphere in from of him and kicking it at Wysavaris with both his attacks (DC 15 Dex)

Damage:5

 Dex: 21

*If this fails he's a goner*
